If I send Palolo Pool hours in text file, can someone add it to the swimming pool hours website? It would be nice to have a central source of pool hours for city pools. I can also get you the Central Oahu pool hours website URL; they seem to regularly update their pool hours on the Web.

Just caught a mistake in the Manoa Pool hours for Tuesday:

    11am-1pm (Lap Swim)
    3pm-5pm (Free Swim)

Tuesday morning is closed for regular weekly maintenance. I also suggest that the effective dates be included with each listing because all the pools regularly change their hours throughout the year. Each pool has its own hours. Also, the furlough days should be prominently noted for all city pools. Finally, Palolo Pool is closed in August on 6 and 27 (furlough days) plus 20th (holiday); other city pools may have the same schedule.

If Manoa can list the days, hours, and types of use for their swimming pool why can’t Makiki (and the other parks) do the same ?
In a computer-IT age the city should be able to provide this info – and to update it with any modifications on a current basis !
